Original; We're fortunate to live right next to my folks. They have their farm, we have ours. What do we share in common? A lot, but mostly, an owl. No joke! This Great Horned Owl floats between our two farms and we frequently text each other "The owl is here!"

This owl keeps us up at night, greets us in the early mornings, and travels between our front bedroom trees and theirs. Hooting. All hours of the night and morning. And so loud it echos across the valley!

It's only fitting I paint this friend of ours using the handmade walnut ink from our farm. While the original has sold prints are in the works as we speak.
